Sue Martyn Children's Physiotherapist (NDIS provider No. 4050011684) is now an approved service provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme for residents of NSW.
The following services are offered.

| Personal Mobility Equipment | Prescription & provision of wheelchairs, seating, walking frames, standing frames and orthoses |
| Assistive Products - Personal Care & Safety | Prescription & provision of aids to assist with bathing, showering, self-care and transfers |
| Assistive Equipment - Recreation | Prescription & provision of aids to assist leisure and community participation |
This practice welcomes enquiries to discuss your child's physiotherapy, mobility, and equipment needs and is able to work collaboratively with any other services also involved.
You can of course also discuss physiotherapy/mobility/equipment needs with your NDIS service planner.
